Concession service

The subject of this concession is the service for the production and sale of food-grade ice.

The Concessionaire shall guarantee a minimum daily production of 15,000 kg, to be supplied to Market Operators and Buyers in flat flake and crushed/pilé formats. The Concessionaire may also produce and sell ice in other formats.

The sales service shall be granted on an exclusive basis and must be ensured at least from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, from 03:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

Concession value

The estimated value of the concession is €10,560,000 excluding VAT.

Duration

The duration of the concession shall be 6 years, starting from the commencement of the service, indicatively scheduled for September 1, 2026.

Infrastructure provided under concession

The Concessionaire shall be granted, for the entire duration of the concession, a dedicated infrastructure located within the Fish Market, with a total area of 228 square meters.

Electricity, gas, and water connections will be provided at the base of the building.
