Clarification: with reference to question no. 1, it is specified that any use of an external legal consultant for the management of active claims will not generate costs for the Broker, who will only possibly propose the professional profile to the Contracting Authority; the professional relationship with the consultant will be established by Sogemi, without costs for the latter, since the consultant’s professional fee will be paid by the liable counterparty.
