OPEN-ENDED NOTICE FOR THE CONCESSION OF A REAL ESTATE UNIT IN THE TETTOIA P AREA

With this notice, the procedure is announced for the concession of real estate unit Tettoia P/4-P/4ae.

The unit falls within the service area and, as established by the Market Regulations, may exclusively be used for the storage and trade of packaging materials (pallets, crates, boxes, etc.).

The duration of the concession is set at one (1) year from the date of signing of the Unit, with no automatic renewal.

The annual rent is €24,427.50 plus VAT, in addition to consortium charges of €9,699.00 per year.

Applicants must deliver their sealed envelope by hand to the General Protocol Office, located at the Customer Service Office on the 1st floor of Palazzo Sogemi, which will issue a receipt indicating the date and time of delivery. Alternatively, envelopes may be sent by registered mail.
