Notice dated 26 May 2025: With Resolution No. 37 of 26 May 2025, signed by the General Manager, the concession of unit L9/1 has been awarded to the company Mazara Fish srl.

Notice dated 19 May 2025: The public session for the opening of envelopes is scheduled for Tuesday, 20 May 2025, at 11:30 a.m. on the ground floor of Palazzo Affari, Via C. Lombroso 54. This session will be dedicated to the opening of envelopes containing administrative documentation and, subsequently—if the documents are deemed correct and complete—to the opening of envelopes containing financial offers, in order to verify eligibility and prepare the final ranking.

Through this tender, Sogemi announces the procedure for the concession of one (1) logistics unit located in Building L9.

The duration of the concession is set at nine (9) years from the date of delivery of the unit, with no automatic renewal.

The annual concession fee for the unit is set at €66,000.00 plus VAT and any applicable taxes. Additional common charges are set at €13,200.00 plus VAT, subject to adjustment.

This tender is primarily addressed to Market Operators operating within the Fish, Flower, and Meat Markets, as defined in the Site Regulation. All other economic operators may participate on a secondary basis.

Each applicant wishing to submit a participation request must deliver, no later than 12:00 p.m. on 16 May 2025, a sealed envelope containing all required documentation by registered mail or courier to the General Protocol Office at the Membership Office, 1st floor of Palazzo Sogemi.
