This is to inform that on 12 July 2024 at 09:00 a.m., the Tender Committee will meet in a public session at the FBC Hall – Foody Business Center, 1st floor, Palazzo Sogemi, Via Cesare Lombroso 54, Milan, for the opening of the envelopes.

IN THE MILAN WHOLESALE MEAT MARKET

OBJECT OF THE CONCESSION: SO.GE.M.I. S.p.A. (hereinafter “Sogemi”), with this notice, launches the procedure for the concession assignment of sales unit MC 1 located within Building No. 01 of the Milan Meat Market. The weighted commercial area of the real estate unit MC 1 measures 178.90 m². The spaces are granted in their current factual and legal condition, as described in the attached technical sheet (Annex 1).

CONCESSION FEE: The annual concession fee for the sales unit is calculated by applying the Meat Market rate of €140/m² per year, determined according to Regional Law No. 6/2010, on the weighted commercial area of 178.90 m²; the annual fee amounts to €25,046.00 plus VAT and applicable taxes, as specified in the detailed statement.
