ORTO 2 – CALL FOR TENDERS FOR THE AWARD, UNDER CONCESSION, OF 2 REAL ESTATE UNITS WITHIN THE COMMERCIAL SPACES

This call for tender announces the procedure for the award, under concession, of two real estate units located within the commercial spaces of the Orto 2 pavilion.

The Units fall within the services area, in compliance with the District Regulations, and are intended for the retail sale of preserved and packaged food products, or for auxiliary services and products supporting the sale of food products.

The duration of the concessions is set at six (6) years starting from the Delivery Date of each Unit, and automatic renewal is excluded.

Bidders must submit the sealed envelope no later than 12:00 noon on April 13, 2026, to the General Registry Office at the Customer Services Office, 1st floor, Palazzo Sogemi, which will issue a receipt indicating the date and time of delivery.

As an alternative to physical delivery of the sealed envelope, electronic submission is permitted through Sogemi’s Electronic Tendering Platform at the following address: https://sogemi.albofornitori.net.
