With this notice, the procedure is hereby announced for the assignment, either individually or as a whole, of three (3) Units constituting the Logistics Platform 6, hereinafter also referred to as “L6.”
The Units covered by this notice fall within the logistics–production area and, therefore, as provided by the District Regulation, only the following functions are exclusively permitted:
• distribution, storage, and logistics related to agri-food products;
• processing and production activities for the transformation of agri-food products;
• ancillary activities instrumental to logistics but not predominant (for example, administrative offices serving the logistics function).
The duration of the concession is set at nine (9) years starting from the Delivery Date of the Unit, and tacit renewal is excluded.
Competitors must submit their sealed envelope no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 28, 2025, to the General Protocol Office located at the Customer Service Office, 1st floor, Palazzo Sogemi, which will issue an official receipt indicating the date and time of delivery.
