Protocol for the Prevention of Organized Crime Infiltration Attempts and for Legality

Sogemi strengthens and renews its commitment to legality and security within the Milan Food Market. On Wednesday, April 14, the “Memorandum of Understanding for Legality and the Prevention of Organized Crime Infiltration Attempts,” established through the collaboration between Sogemi, the Municipality of Milan, and the Prefecture, was renewed for a further three-year period (2026–2028).

Among other measures, the protocol provides for the regular exchange of information with the competent authorities, extensive and continuous checks on access to the Market District, and the monitoring of economic activities, with a clause requiring the reporting of any attempted unlawful act.
