Press Release – Assignment to Sogemi of 15 Covered Markets

Milan, 27 February 2025 –

The Municipality of Milan is transferring ownership of its covered markets to the share capital of Sogemi S.p.A., together with the areas of the former via Bonfadini nomad camp.

The transfer of these assets to the company’s equity—fully owned by Palazzo Marino—was approved by the City Council following a proposal by the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development, Alessia Cappello, and the Deputy Mayor for Financial, Economic and Asset Resources, Emmanuel Conte. ...
