How can I access the inside of the market?

The access to the Milan Agri-food Market Complex is reserved for users with a Regular Access Title, issued by Sogemi Spa.

The Customer Service Office provides the personal card issuance, as indicated below.

The Customer Service Office is located at the Market Direction on the first floor of the Sogemi Spa building at Via Cesare Lombroso, 54 - Milan.

The dedicated parking areas are indicated on the following planimetry.

At the office it is possible to:

  • request/renew personal entrance cards to the markets;
  • subscribe to the progressive parking subscriptions for vehicles.

Public opening hours of the office:

  • Monday: 06.10 – 12.40 14.00 – 16.00
  • From Tuesday to Friday: 06.10 – 12.40

Card Release Documentation

To request the release of the card, the following documentation must be provided to the Customer Service Office:

  • Company Registration Report (with a date no more than 6 months prior to the presentation date).
  • Statute for Social Workers.
  • SCIA/License indicating the activity type.
  • For EC residents: ID document.
  • For non-EC residents: ID document or residence permit.
  • Fiscal Code.
  • Unified LAV model / Coordinated and continuous collaboration contract Article 409 c.p.c. and 2222 c.c.
  • Vehicle registration document to access the market.
  • Anti-mafia self-certifications, criminal records, current legislation and privacy.
  • Personal Declaration of Certification.

 

Forms:

If you want to subscribe as a Fish Market purchaser, it is necessary to present your credit card, debit card or prepaid card in order to access the Cassamercato payment system (mandatory for all Fish Market members).

Alternatively, you can use the SEPA payment mode, by visiting the Banca Intesa branch at via Maspero 20 (Milan) to subscribe to the appropriate mandate.

The card request can be sent complete with all documentation to the email address [email protected].

The card can be picked up at the Customer Service Office starting from the third working day after sending the documentation.
