OPEN-ENDED NOTICE FOR THE CONCESSION OF REAL ESTATE UNITS IN THE FRIGOMERCATO BUILDING WITHIN THE FRUIT AND VEGETABLE MARKET AREA – PHASE 4

UPDATE of 25 June 2025: Units no. 11 and 6 are no longer available. As of today, 3 new units have been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid, except for the consortium charges, which are set at €20.00/m².

UPDATE of 15 April 2025: As of today, 2 new units (no. 29, 37/4) have been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 2 April 2025: As of today, 1 new unit (no. 11) has been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 15 January 2025: Units no. 32, 32-c, 32-1, 32-4, 32-6, and 32-b are no longer available. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 28 May 2024: Unit no. 22 is no longer available. As of today, 1 new unit (no. 35) has been added as shown in the attached plan. The duration of the concession is set from the delivery date until 31 December 2029, with no automatic renewal.

UPDATE of 29 February 2024: As of today, 1 new unit (no. 6) has been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 26 January 2024: As of today, 1 new unit (no. 22) has been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 17 January 2024: The duration of the concession is set at five (5) years from the date of delivery of the unit, with no automatic renewal.

UPDATE of 21 December 2023: Unit no. 22 is no longer available. As of today, 1 new unit (no. 32) has been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 31 October 2023: Units no. 35, 36, and 38 are no longer available. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 2 October 2023: Unit no. 20 has been assigned. As of today, 5 new units (no. 34, 35, 36, 37, 38) have been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid. Furthermore, as of 29 September 2023, this notice is addressed to entities, whether already operating within the Market or not yet present, that meet the definitions of “Market Operators”, “Market Buyers”, and “Transporters” as set out in the Market Regulations.

UPDATE of 3 August 2023: Units no. 14, 28, and 31 have been assigned. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

UPDATE of 13 July 2023: Unit no. 24 has been assigned. As of today, 2 new units (no. 5 and 14) have been added as shown in the attached plan. All existing economic and contractual conditions remain valid.

With this notice, the procedure is announced for the concession of 5 real estate units (hereinafter referred to as “Units”) located on the ground floor of the Frigomercato building.

The duration of the concession is set at five (5) years from the date of delivery of the Unit, with no automatic renewal.

The annual rent is €70.00/m² plus VAT, in addition to consortium charges of €8.00/m² per year.

This notice is addressed exclusively to entities that, at the time of publication, fall within the categories “Market Operators (Wholesale Operators and Agri-food Producers)” and “Market Buyers” as defined in the Market Regulations.

Applicants must deliver their sealed envelope by hand to the General Protocol Office, located at the Customer Service Office on the 1st floor of Palazzo Sogemi, which will issue a receipt indicating the date and time of delivery. Alternatively, envelopes may be sent by registered mail.
