Sogemi S.p.A. announces the availability of office space units inside Palazzo Affari (S1) of various sizes.

Type of contract: Concession Agreement for Space Unit

Use: office

Surface area: various sizes, each individual office is 22.00 sqm (as indicated in the Technical Annex)

Rent: €200.00 per sqm

Service charges: €40.00 per sqm, subject to adjustment

Contract duration: 3 years

Office delivery: from October 2025

Condition: renovated office

The allocation of these spaces is carried out upon submission of a written request addressed to the Property Management Department of the company, which will show the applicant the available units, verify the necessary requirements to contract with SO.GE.M.I. S.p.A., and provide all relevant information for entering into an agreement.

The allocation of these spaces takes place through a public tender procedure.
