Please note that the opening of the envelopes related to the tender procedure is scheduled for Thursday, 12 June 2025, at 09:00 a.m., at the Foody Business Center, located on the 1st floor of Palazzo Affari Sogemi, Via Lombroso 54 – Milan.

Through this tender, the procedure is announced for the allocation in concession of commercial and warehouse spaces within the new neighbourhood market in Via Rombon, Milan.

The units available for concession are as follows:

Unit No. 17 – exclusively for food and beverage service activities, excluding coffee shop, bar, and cold food service.

Units No. 18–19 (non-separable) – exclusively for coffee shop, bar, and cold food service activities.

Units A–B–C–D – for storage (dry and/or temperature-controlled) and/or logistics activities.

Units L–M–N–O–P – for storage (dry and/or temperature-controlled) and/or logistics activities.

The duration of the concession is six (6) years, starting from the date of delivery of the unit, with the possibility of renewal.

This tender is open to all companies regularly registered in the Register of Companies of the competent Chamber of Commerce at the date of application submission, with a business purpose consistent with the activity for which the space is intended.

Applicants wishing to express their interest must submit their application by 12:00 p.m. on 23 May 2025 by sending the digitally signed expression of interest form (using the attached templates) to Sogemi via certified email (PEC) at the following address: protocollo.foodymilano@pec.it
